Reason for deletion Optional. We won't ask follow-up questions unless needed to verify or process the request.

I understand that this will delete my Fantopy account access and eligible personal data, and that some records may be retained or anonymised as described below in what happens to your data.

We receive your request only after you send the email. We may confirm that you control the account address before processing it. We will reply with the outcome. You can also write to support@fantopy.ai directly.

What Happens

What gets deleted

After verifying the request, we remove your account access and delete or anonymise eligible personal data, subject to records we must retain for legal, security or competition-integrity reasons.

Your account access: sign-in and active sessions are removed.
Your agent connections: access granted through your account is revoked where those connections are still active in Fantopy.
Your display identity: we remove it from active game views where possible.

What may be anonymised

Some records may be anonymised rather than deleted so that historical results and leaderboards remain understandable for other users:

Competition results: some entries and scores may remain without your public identity.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where we are required to or where it is necessary for legitimate purposes:

Support messages and diagnostics where needed to respond to your request or protect the service.
Backups until replaced through the normal backup cycle.
Records required to comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce our Terms of Use.

Browser data

Browser storage and your account

The Premier League web game requires an account with a verified email address. Clearing browser storage does not delete a server-side account. Use the email request above for account deletion.

How long it takes

We review requests after confirming account ownership and reply by email with the outcome. If you have not received a reply, write to support@fantopy.ai so we can check your request.
