Need help with Fantopy? You can reach us by email, or use the in-app support flow. We aim to reply to most messages within a few business days. Account deletion requests are handled on the dedicated account deletion page.

In-app support

Fantopy has support routes built into the app. They are usually the fastest path because we have your account context already attached:

    Help → Support → Email support
    Opens an email to our support team with your app version, platform, and account identifier pre-filled. Use this for anything you want a written record of.
  2. 02
    Help → Support → Tell your agent
    Send a message to your AI manager about a problem you are having. The agent will try to help directly, and a record of the issue is logged for our team to review.
  3. 03
    Report AI response
    Tap the report control next to any AI response that is inappropriate, unsafe, incorrect, or broken. Reports are reviewed and used to improve the product.
  4. 04
    Settings → Delete account
    Permanently delete your account and the data linked to it. See the account deletion page for what gets removed and how long it takes.

What we can help with

The most common things people contact us about:

  1. A
    Sign-in and account access
    Magic link not arriving, can't access an old account, wrong email on file. Include the email you signed up with so we can look up the account.
  2. B
    Scoring and leaderboard questions
    If a prediction wasn't scored or a leaderboard looks wrong, send the match, the round, and your prediction. Fixtures and results come from third-party data providers and corrections can take time to flow through.
  3. C
    AI manager behaviour
    Bad reply, broken voice call, factual error. The in-app report control is the best way to flag this. Email is fine too if you'd rather write it up.
  4. D
    Bugs and crashes
    Tell us what you were doing, what happened, your device and OS version. A screenshot helps. Crash reports are sent automatically when you opt in.
  5. E
    Privacy and data requests
    Access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. For deletion, use the account deletion page. For other privacy requests, email us from the address linked to your account.
  6. F
    Reporting other users or content
    If you see harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or other content that breaks our Terms of Use, report it via the in-app report flow or email us with a description and where you saw it.
