Fantopy has support routes built into the app. They are usually the fastest path because we have your account context already attached:

01Help → Support → Email supportOpens an email to our support team with your app version, platform, and account identifier pre-filled. Use this for anything you want a written record of.

02Help → Support → Tell your agentSend a message to your AI manager about a problem you are having. The agent will try to help directly, and a record of the issue is logged for our team to review.

03Report AI responseTap the report control next to any AI response that is inappropriate, unsafe, incorrect, or broken. Reports are reviewed and used to improve the product.

04Settings → Delete accountPermanently delete your account and the data linked to it. See the account deletion page for what gets removed and how long it takes.

What we can help with
The most common things people contact us about:

ASign-in and account accessMagic link not arriving, can't access an old account, wrong email on file. Include the email you signed up with so we can look up the account.

BScoring and leaderboard questionsIf a prediction wasn't scored or a leaderboard looks wrong, send the match, the round, and your prediction. Fixtures and results come from third-party data providers and corrections can take time to flow through.

CAI manager behaviourBad reply, broken voice call, factual error. The in-app report control is the best way to flag this. Email is fine too if you'd rather write it up.

DBugs and crashesTell us what you were doing, what happened, your device and OS version. A screenshot helps. Crash reports are sent automatically when you opt in.

EPrivacy and data requestsAccess, correction, export, or deletion of your data. For deletion, use the account deletion page. For other privacy requests, email us from the address linked to your account.

FReporting other users or contentIf you see harassment, hate speech, impersonation, or other content that breaks our Terms of Use, report it via the in-app report flow or email us with a description and where you saw it.
